I think teleportation is possible as it is clearly documented in the Bible. You can read the passage below.
"...the Spirit of the Lord suddenly took Philip away, and the eunuch did not see him again...Philip, however, appeared at Azotus and traveled about...until he reached Caesarea." ~Acts 8:39-40
As you can see, in the above account, Philip was taken away from one place and appeared at another place (Azotus), thus 'teleporting'. ~MP&P
Good question, but i don't think so. To destroy then recreate an object in another place will require 2 machines. One at point A another at point B. Even if you did find a way to recreate the same atoms at the other end how would you reestablish the soul?

I think it is possible, and time would (I think) go backward. But I don't exactly know what would happen to you. Would it be like rewinding a video? Would you get younger? Or would you be the same, and keep doing things like normal? ~Morangue Pine
I think we can achieve faster-than-light travel (warp speed) but it may have certain side effects. There are limitations to the speed an object can travel in outer space. Nothing in its natural state can go faster than the speed of light without creating a space time disturbance( although Einstein's theory of special and general relativity hints to strategies in making a space craft capable of FTL without creating such disturbances). When a space craft moves at FTL, it creates an unnatral bend in the space time fabric found in that part of the universe it is traveling in. This disturbance in space time results in a time travel effect where the space ship is moving abnormally fast, or traveling forward in time at an abnormal rate. Even if you don't intend to go forward in time , there is no way of being in FTL without traveling several days or years into the future depending on how long you are going at FTL. It's a confusing subject to completely understand, but that's what I've found out so far with my reserach.

1. Do you think time travel is possible? If so, how? If you don't think so, why?
Well, sort of because past the speed of light, you would age slower because time slows, and when you come back i think maybe it's like the future... ~Morangue Pine
I think time travel is possible because Einstein states that as you approach the speed of light time slows down and if you were to contain this event, time would slow down for you, therefore bringing you back in time. This also brings up the question "why does light not slow down time" and maybe it does and we don’t know it because time is relative and maybe it does not apply to light because it has no mass and is not a thing but a event. And if you were to speed everyone else up by exciting there molecules and make it not affect you then they would go back in time and therefore you would be in the future. Quantum physics also states that time is relative and it does not actually flow foreword but it just is. It exists at every time and everything happens all at once. I theorize that because time does not flow it is impossible to latterly go into the future but we can go into are perception of the future or past. This is still theoretical and I think it is a bad idea because chaos theory states that going back in time will completely alter the course of reality. This also means that because time doesn’t flow foreword then going into the future can affect the past. This would take millions of dollars of research and all in all is a bad idea but I think it is possible. ~Bartumes
Theoretically, time travel is possible. However, even if you did time travel, it would NOT give you the effect as in movies and novels. You could NOT meet Julius Caesar by going back in time because you may be able to travel through time, but the life of Caesar has past, therefore, you may be in a different time, but it would still have the surroundings of the present. ie. You could not meet your great great grand children even if you traveled forward in time. ~Pomomarine

I think time travel is possible, but you need a lot of power. Probably something as massive as a black hole. And yet you would need to stretch the black hole across space for it to work. I think that even if we know how to time travel, we should not. It may have dire consiquences, may possible rip a whole in space time continum or parallel universes. ~Anonymous via Comment

Coffee Shop No.1 - Just a Thought...
What do you think?
1. What do you think would happen if Earth's pull (gravity) increased?
I think it'd become much harder to jump and sports such as the long jump, hurdles, gymnastics, and skating would quickly become less popular because they were so hard! ~ManhattanProjectGirl
Jumping, running, etc. would be way too hard. Easy things like taking out the garbage would be hard work even for strong people. That would not be good.~Morangue Pine
If gravity increased it would be bad. Rivers would speed up creating minor floods but if it is increased dramatically dams would break making catastrophic flooding, bridges would collapse, boats would sink, airplanes would crash, and buildings would fall killing millions of people. The water could also create erosion forming mountains. Most marine life would be devastated because the animals could not swim. Buildings that are vertical would probably stay up but anything leaning or things that stick out would fall. Pretty much the leaning tower of Pisa would be the first to go. Car tires would pop so we could not get around and would have to walk which would be very hard. Our world would be destroyed leaving wreckage and rubble behind. If we were not wiped out life would be very hard because we would have no technology to guide us and the simplest tasks would now be very hard. As I previously stated it would be very bad and millions of people would die. ~Bartumes
2. What if air got denser?
I think that if the air was denser, we would be able to hold our breaths for a much longer time since there would be more oxygen in each breath. That might give rise to newer and more complicated swimming strokes that require an athlete to stay underwater longer.~ManhattanProjectGirl
That would be great for swimmers, and other hold-your-breath activities; more air in each breath. You wouldn't have to breath as often when playing a woodwind or brass(blowing) instrument. ~Morangue Pine

I think that dark matter exists because some parts of the universe have a form of matter which can't exactly be classified as "matter" so is given the name dark matter. Dark matter isn't antimatter though because we know for sure that antimatter exists but we are still theorizing about dark matter. ~KW
2. How do you think the changing of water's density would affect life? (it can be more or less dense)
If the world's water density increased, then marine life would be devastated because that would mean there was less oxygen in the water and most animals will try to stay at the surface of the water which makes them prone to predators like ospreys and seagulls. ~KW
3. Do you believe Pluto is not a planet? If not, then how should we change the definition of a planet?
I think Pluto isn't a planet because most people believed it used to be part of a meteorite which was made spherical over time. It is so small it can almost be classified as a large moon. ~KW
